Le Franco File is mainly a celebration of France and the French way of life. Franco wholeheartedly shares the French national epicurean obsession with gastronomy. He loves France’s wide variety of food well prepared. He loves the French street markets still largely made up of small local producers. He loves light, crusty bread bought daily. He loves to sit at a sunny street cafe under a sunshade sipping an unhurried coffee or pastis whilst watching the world amble by. He likes wine being regarded as a daily necessity symbiotic with food rather than as a demon in need of control. Franco loves the uncrowded nature of the French countryside and the ability to cycle down incomprehensibly quiet country lanes without unending streams of traffic pumping out clouds of exhaust fumes.
Franco is a Francophile. Francine and Guillaume are his trusty (and trusted) companions. 😉
